Luum offers two convenient methods of payment; Credit Card; or Purchase Order.
To pay by Purchase Order, you must apply for a credit account with us and have a valid Luum Textiles Customer Number. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have an initial Luum order over $1,000
- Be a registered business
- Have read and agree with the Credit Application Terms & Conditions
- Complete the Customer Registration Credit Application and email it to luumtextilescreditUSA@luumtextiles.com
After we receive your application, we will be in touch with you to verify the information provided.
The credit verification and account creation process usually takes 2-3 business days.
Orders based on a Purchase Order payment account can be done online, by email (customerservice@luumtextiles.com) or by phone at 1-877-705-5886.
Orders may be placed for standard fabrics, fabrics with special finishes, orders with tax exemption certificates for the ship to jurisdiction, etc.
